Answers to what applicants, members, and curious readers ask most often about Ignicode — the lab, the Suite, the membership, the mentorship, and the science behind the work.
If you don't find your question below, please reach out — our team will be glad to answer it personally. Use the Contact page or write to us directly.
All three. The team is made of practitioners with deep technology backgrounds who became fascinated by a single question: how to connect the human mind and modern tools so that one amplifies the other. Ignicode is the answer we have built — software shaped by research, delivered with human guidance.
Ignicode began with two founders who spent many years exploring this domain — a long, demanding process, and one we enjoyed every step of. Over time we extended the team to include some of the most talented specialists working in cognitive performance today.
There is a long-form About Us film on our YouTube channel — over an hour — where we tell the full story.
Every instrument we build sits under a single umbrella — the self, and its measurable improvement. Could we have branched into adjacent fields? Yes. We chose not to. Depth, in our experience, is what produces results.
Formal incorporation is currently in progress. The lab operates from Montreal, Canada.
That's a question we'd rather you answer for yourself after seeing the work. Spend an hour on our YouTube channel and read through the Suite. If it feels like the apps you've already tried, we haven't done our job.
Each instrument has its own dedicated page on this site — Meta Morph, Lexicon, Pulsar, and Illuminatio — followed by an in-depth walkthrough on our YouTube channel. Start with the Suite pages and follow the threads from there.
Entirely up to you. Some members focus on one instrument that maps directly to where they want change; others adopt the whole stack. Your mentor will help you choose what to lean on first.
The time commitment is not a fixed number — it is calibrated to you. After the initial evaluation session, your mentor designs a personal timeline that fits your week, your goals, and the protocols best suited to you.
Four instruments are live today, and two more are actively in development. As they launch, they are included in your existing membership at no additional cost.
This deserves a careful answer that goes beyond a one-line list. We have published a dedicated walkthrough on our YouTube channel covering supported devices, hardware needs, and which protocols run where — please watch that for the complete picture.
The short list of platforms is in question 36 below.
Diamond gives you a mentor for the entire year. Gold does not.
You will see the first signs of change inside the first 21 days. But Ignicode is not the kind of subscription that lives on your phone alongside music and video apps. We are modifying, removing, and creating habits that have been with you your entire life — and that work simply takes time.
An annual frame is the smallest honest unit for the kind of change we are trying to produce.
Unfortunately, no. Mentorship is matched and reserved at the start of the year, so a mid-year switch is not something we can offer. You may move to Diamond at your next renewal.
Each instrument is licensed to a single user account on a single device. If someone in your household uses that device, that is their business. Mentorship, however, cannot be split between two people — the calls are personal, calibrated to one mind, one set of goals.
Yes. If you fall into one of those categories, send us a message and we will apply a 15% discount to either plan.
Yes. The listed price is the price you pay. Applicable taxes are included.
Before any payment is taken, we want to know whether you are ready to put real time and effort into this work. Whether the lab serves fifty members or five million is not what we are optimizing for. What we are optimizing for is that the people inside the cohort actually transform — and that begins with the application.
Three business days at most.
For Diamond, yes — every Diamond member is paired with a dedicated specialist, so when capacity is reached we operate a waitlist. For Gold, there is no waitlist; admission is reviewed continuously.
Of course. We ask that you wait three months before reapplying, so you arrive with a different question or a different readiness than the last time.
Every member of our specialist team is profiled in long form on our YouTube channel — including their background, training, and the work they did before joining the lab.
You can request a male or female mentor when you join. Beyond that, all of our specialists are trained across the same protocol suite, so the substance of the work will not differ between them.
At least 45 minutes — longer when the work calls for it. The clock is not the constraint.
Yes. Calls are recorded so our internal team can review tone, language patterns, and signals across sessions — this helps us calibrate the work to you with more precision than memory alone allows.
Recordings are handled under the conditions described in our Privacy Policy.
You can message the support team at any time, and they will route your note to your mentor.
Mentorship is not therapy. Ignicode is not a medical provider or diagnostic service, and our mentors are not licensed clinicians acting in that capacity. The work is structured, evidence-informed coaching applied to cognitive performance.
The full framing — what Ignicode is and is not — is set out in our Privacy Policy.
It means no protocol enters the Suite unless its core mechanism is supported by published, peer-reviewed research — work that has survived independent review by other scientists in the relevant field. We do not build on speculation, intuition, or trend.
When the underlying research is contested, we say so. When the evidence is strong, we cite it. The science is the floor of the work, not its decoration.
Yes. There is a monthly progress report — one we prepare for you, and one you prepare for us. The exchange is the spine of the work.
We do not publish generic outcome figures here, because the honest version of that answer depends on where you start, what you choose to work on, and how seriously you do the work. Long-form discussions of realistic outcomes — and what we have actually seen — live on our YouTube channel.
There is no fixed age requirement. The Suite is built for anyone who can read and comprehend the material at an adult level. Good judgment from a parent or guardian is expected for younger readers.
We recommend beginning this work from a state of clear mind and steady ground. If you are currently navigating a difficult period — emotional, medical, or otherwise — it may be wise to wait until you are in a more comfortable shape before starting.
If you are in active therapy, please discuss the timing with your therapist before applying.
We spent years building the tools, but we did not invent the body of knowledge the tools sit on. That knowledge existed long before us and will outlast us. We are the owners of the instruments — not of the science. So the science remains free.
Our channel is available here: YouTube link to be added. We recommend starting with the About Us film and the protocol walkthroughs.
No. The educational content is fully open. We also read and respond to every comment we receive on the channel.
Absolutely. Our educational content exists to be shared. Attribution is appreciated.
Today the Suite is supported on Windows and Android. macOS and iOS clients are scheduled for release in 2027.
Yes — certain instruments, Pulsar in particular, perform best with specific hardware. The detailed walkthrough on our YouTube channel covers exactly what is needed for each instrument.
No. The Suite requires an internet connection to operate.
Absolutely. You may request an export of your data at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Payment is collected at the end of the first 30 days, not at signup. During those 30 days, if you decide the work is not for you, you may cancel without being charged.
The single condition: once you cancel, you cannot reapply for the tools again. The guarantee is real, and so is the boundary that comes with it.
Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, major cryptocurrencies, and more. If you need a method that is not listed, ask us.
We do not expect this to happen — the instruments are ours and we maintain them. If something interrupts the experience nonetheless — server issues, a mentor's extended absence — your membership is extended by the equivalent time. You are not penalized for our infrastructure.
Any question you have about the software, the applications, the mentorship, or the protocols — at any hour. Send it through the contact form on the website and our team will respond.
See our Contact page for the full set of channels and response windows. For now, you can also reach us via the application section on the home page.
We genuinely want to hear about it. Use the Contact page — flag the message as a bug report, content correction, or research concern, and it will be routed to the right team.
